"We had a beautiful piece of oceanfront property in Maine, a wish list and a file full of ideas and magazine clippings. Then we met Marcel. Over several months he turned our hopes and dreams into a truly beautiful home. He got to know us, our style and what was important to us in how we live. This was mostly done long distance as we lived in New York City! Marcel was terrific to work with, and we developed a wonderful collaboration. He gave us our home, not his version of what we wanted. He always managed to give us the best solutions and offered exciting options to consider such as an elliptical staircase and track lighting (so cool). We quickly came to value his design sense and attention to detail. There are a myriad of decisions required in designing a house; it's daunting. With Marcel's guidance and support it became a productive process and fun experience."
