Jill began her career as a decorative painter in 1997 after discovering she had a passion and gift for the decorative arts. After receiving her degree in Decorative painting from the Rhode Island School of Design, Jill trained with many talented artists including Joshua Winer from Boston, and Carolyn Schmitz from Newport R.I. Jill now works all over New England employing a wide variety of styles and mediums to create the perfect flavor for her clients. 

 After many successful years as a professional in-line skater, Marcel decided to switch gears and joined the Industrial design program at Mass college of Art. While completing his studies, Marcel worked in custom cabinet shop at Payne/Bouchier Inc in Boston, Mass. Over time his knowledge of design and skills learned in cabinet making inevitably led him towards a career in Architectural Design. With his knowledge of  industrial design, and love of  architecture, Marcel has a unique perspective and a fresh approach to designing space and rethinking existing conditions. Over the years he has had the pleasure of creating many unique and functional environments for clients.

 

When Jill and Marcel met in 2002, they immediately recognized a shared love of architecture and décor as well as a passion for transforming spaces. Since then they have fully renovated all of their own homes, built an incredible tree-house (which serves as a guest house), built the home they currently live in, and have created numerous solutions for various types of dwellings. Jill and Marcel have a fun, unique, and lighthearted approach, making design and renovation a rewarding experience. Jill and Marcel currently live in Rockland, Maine with their beloved dog Addaline.
